Delivery
Orders with in-stock products are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over 300 PLN.
We ship via courier and to pickup points (e.g. parcel lockers). The delivery cost depends on the chosen method and is shown during checkout.
Payment methods

- traditional bank transfer to the account given in the order confirmation,
- payment on delivery (cash on delivery),
- cash or card at personal pickup in the showroom.
Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason.
Just let us know about your decision to withdraw, then send the goods back within 14 days. We refund all payments received, including the delivery cost (of the cheapest option offered).
Warranty and complaints
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty on the terms and for the period stated in the warranty card. Regardless of the warranty, we are liable under statutory warranty for defects.
